Worship This Sunday

Sunday morning at First Baptist, Mableton, we will be celebrating Kindergarten Ministry Day. With over 100 Kindergarten families coming to worship with us, it will be a special day.

All of the Kindergarten/Preschool Classes will join with our Preschool Choir, KidsPraiz Choir, Celebration Choir, and me to open the service with “A New Hallelujah.” You can watch Michael W. Smith sing this song below.

In addition, Brian Daniel will be here to paint “The Intercession” as the Celebration Choir sings “When I Survey.” If you’ve ever attended our Easter Pageant, you’ll certainly remember this song. What a powerful time this will be. You can watch Brian paint on the video below.

Along with great praise and worship, our Senior Pastor Stephen Byrd will be sharing a great message from the gospel of Mark on who Jesus is! We’re praying for a mighty moving of God’s Holy Spirit, and that MANY people will be saved on Sunday!. Please join us in prayer throughout this weekend for the families coming and for an outpouring of God’s Spirit.  I hope that if you are in the Atlanta area, you will join us at 10:30 a.m. for worship. God is doing an incredible work at FBC, and I would love for you to be here and experience His power and work in your life too.

Monday morning, I’ll have a brand new edition of Musings From a Worship Pastor with a brand-new feature, Monday Morning Musing Video. After that, I will resume the study of The Names of God.

I have been inviting people all day to come share this day at FBCM with us. God will be in our midst and HE will be glorified.
